Klauzula informacyjna dot. przetwarzania danych
osobowych dla Uczestnika spotkania informacyjnego online
dotyczącego Konkursu POLNORIS realizowanego w ramach Programu
„Badania stosowane i innowacje”
Realizując obowiązek informacyjny w związku z wymaganiami art.
13 ust. 1 i 2 Rozporządzenia Parlamentu Europejskiego i Rady (UE)
2016/679 z dnia 27 kwietnia 2016 r. w sprawie ochrony osób
fizycznych w związku z przetwarzaniem danych osobowych i w sprawie
swobodnego przepływu takich danych oraz uchylenia dyrektywy
95/46/WE (ogólne rozporządzenie o ochronie danych) (Dz. Urz. UE L
119 z 04.05.2016, str. 1 z późn. zm.), w skrócie RODO informujemy,
że:
1. Administratorem Pana/Pani danych osobowych jest Narodowe
Centrum Badań i Rozwoju (dalej: „NCBR”).
2. Z administratorem danych może Pan/Pani skontaktować się w
następujący sposób:
a) listownie na adres siedziby administratora: Narodowe
Centrum Badań i Rozwoju, ul. Chmielna 69, 00-801 Warszawa;
b) telefonicznie pod numerem: 22 390 74 01;
c) za pośrednictwem poczty elektronicznej:

3. Administrator wyznaczył inspektora ochrony danych, z którym
może się Pan/Pani skontaktować w następujący sposób:
a) za pośrednictwem poczty elektronicznej:

b) listownie na adres siedziby administratora: Narodowe
Centrum Badań i Rozwoju, ul. Chmielna 69, 00-801 Warszawa.
Z inspektorem ochrony danych może Pan/Pani kontaktować się we
wszystkich sprawach związanych z przetwarzaniem danych osobowych w
NCBR oraz z wykonywaniem praw przysługujących Panu/Pani na mocy
RODO.
4. Pani/Pana dane osobowe będą przetwarzane w celu organizacji
i przeprowadzenia spotkania informacyjnego dotyczącego Konkursu
POLNORIS, a także przekazania materiałów informacyjnych po jego
zakończeniu. Spotkanie realizowane jest w ramach Programu „Badania
stosowane i innowacje”, finansowanego z Mechanizmu Finansowego EOG
na lata 2021–2028, i organizowane w formule online z wykorzystaniem
platformy ClickMeeting. Zakres przetwarzanych danych osobowych
obejmuje w szczególności imię, nazwisko oraz adres e-mail podany
podczas rejestracji na spotkanie.
Podstawą prawną przetwarzania danych jest art. 6 ust. 1 lit. e
RODO, w związku z ustawą z dnia 30 kwietnia 2010 r. o Narodowym
Centrum Badań i Rozwoju.
5. Odbiorcami do których mogą być przekazywane Pani/Pana dane
osobowe są podmioty uprawnione do ich przetwarzania na podstawie
prawa lub na podstawie umowy zawartej z NCBR. Odrębną kategorią
odbiorców, którym mogą być ujawnione Pana/Pani dane osobowe są
podmioty wspierające Administratora w wypełnianiu uprawnień i
obowiązków oraz świadczeniu usług, m.in. NCBR+ Sp. z o.o., ul.
Chmielna 69, 00-801 Warszawa.
Ponadto Pani/a dane zostaną udostępnione dostawcy platformy do
szkoleń online ClickMeeting.
6. Pani/Pana dane osobowe będą przetwarzane w związku z
udziałem ww. wydarzeniu. Dane następnie będą przechowywane w celach
archiwalnych przez okres 25 lat, zgodnie z Jednolitym Rzeczowym
Wykazem Akt Narodowego Centrum Badań i Rozwoju.
7. Na zasadach określonych przepisami RODO przysługuje
Panu/Pani prawo żądania od Administratora:
a) dostępu do treści swoich danych osobowych;
b) sprostowania (poprawiania) swoich danych osobowych;
c) wniesienia sprzeciwu wobec przetwarzania swoich danych
osobowych;
d) usunięcia swoich danych osobowych lub ograniczenia ich
przetwarzania.
8. Gdy uzna Pan/Pani, że przetwarzanie Pana/Pani danych
osobowych narusza przepisy o ochronie danych osobowych przysługuje
Panu/Pani prawo wniesienia skargi do organu nadzorczego, którym
jest Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych (Prezes Urzędu Ochrony
Danych Osobowych, 00-014 Warszawa, ul. Moniuszki 1a, tel. 22 531 03
00).
9. Spotkanie będzie nagrywane w celach dokumentacyjnych i
informacyjnych. Nagranie nie będzie obejmować wizerunku ani głosu
uczestników spotkania.
10. Podanie danych jest dobrowolne, lecz niezbędne do udziału
w ww. wydarzeniu.

Information clause on the processing of personal data
for the Participant of an online information meeting concerning
POLNORIS Call organized under the “Applied Research and Innovation”
Programme
In fulfilling the information obligation in connection with
the requirements of Article 13(1) and (2) of Regulation (EU)
2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April
2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the
processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data
and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection
Regulation) (Official Journal of the EU L 119 of 04.05.2016, p. 1
as amended), abbreviated as GDPR, we inform you that:
1. The Controller of your personal data is the National Centre
for Research and Development (hereinafter: "NCBR").
2. You may contact the data controller as follows:
a) by sending a letter to the address of the controller's

3. The Controller has appointed a Data Protection Inspector
whom you may contact as follows:
a) by e-mail: iod@ncbr.gov.pl;
b) by sending a letter to the address of the controller's
registered office: National Centre for Research and Development, 69
Chmielna Street, 00-801 Warsaw.
You may contact the Data Protection Inspector on all matters
relating to the processing of your personal data at NCBR and the
exercise of your rights under the GDPR.
4. Your personal data will be processed for the purpose of
organizing and conducting an information meeting regarding the
POLNORIS Call for Proposals, as well as for providing informational
materials after the meeting. The meeting is carried out under the
“Applied Research and Innovation” Programme, financed by the EEA
Financial Mechanism 2021–2028, and is organized online using the
ClickMeeting platform. The scope of personal data processed
includes, in particular, your first name, last name, and e-mail
address provided during registration for the meeting.
The legal basis for data processing is Article 6(1)(e) of the
GDPR, in connection with the Act on the National Centre for
Research and Development.
5. Recipients to whom your personal data may be transferred
are entities authorised to process them on the basis of the law or
on the basis of the agreement concluded with NCBR. A separate
category of recipients to whom your personal data may be disclosed
are entities supporting the Controller in fulfilling the rights and
obligations and providing services, incl. NCBR+ Sp. z o.o., 69
Chmielna Street, 00-801 Warsaw.
In addition, your data will be shared with the provider of the
ClickMeeting online training platform.
6. Your personal data will be processed in connection with
your participation in the aforementioned event. The data will then
be kept for archival purposes for a period of 25 years, in
accordance with the Uniform Material List of Files of the National
Centre for Research and Development.
7. Under the terms of the GDPR regulations, you have the right
to request the following from the Controller:
a) access to the content of your personal data;
b) to rectify (amend) your personal data;
c) to object to the processing of your personal data;
d) have your personal data erased or have its processing
restricted.
8. When you consider that the processing of your personal data
violates the rules on the protection of personal data, you have the
right to lodge a complaint to the supervisory authority, which is
the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (President of
the Personal Data Protection Office, 00-014 Warsaw, 1a Moniuszki
Street, tel. +48 22 531 03 00).
9. The meeting will be recorded for documentation and
information purposes. The recording will not include the
participants’ image or voice.
10. Provision of data is voluntary, but necessary for
participation in the aforementioned event.
